What issues do you think could bring our nation to a Constitutional Crisis?
 
If taken too far...disputes over the war powers of the Executive branch and judicial activism/legislation from the bench

That's what I was going to say. Congress has the right to declare war, the fact that they chose since the Korean 'action' to push it onto the executive and just be involved with the funding, was their decision. It does not mean that they can now usurp the right of the executive to carry out the war, that they authorized.

You mean we aren't in a Constitutional crisis now? We've been in one that I know of since 1947 when judge Brown misinterpreted the constitution and said there were separation between church and state. He got away with it so now everyone is doing it.
