None of the dire predictions made in 2016 came true.

Things continued as normal except that the left was constantly searching for a reason to impeach him.

They never found one, so they made something up.

The New Hampshire Union Leader is a "Never Trumper", they didn't endorse Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump in 2016 either. The paper chose to endorse Libertarian Gary Johnson over now President Trump.
