It's good to see Republicans onboard with antitrust laws again; but their desire to break up huge corporate conglomerates (that they once endorsed the creation of) is more self serving than anything done out of principal.....The fact that their ideas are less popular in the so-called "marketplace of ideas" is why they are so panicked by Twitter and other companies enforcing their TOS policies in a way that has them on the wrong side of it....

As someone once said; "Economic and political power is becoming too concentrated in the hands of distant monopolists. The stronger these companies become, the greater their stranglehold on regulators and legislators becomes via the political process" -- This is something most of us "progressives" have been saying for a while now.....and having that position had nothing to do with Twitter bans....Mega-tech companies aren't the only sector of the market that needs to be broken up -- let's see if these "Anti-Trust" conservatives have that same energy when it comes to big banks, big pharma and big agriculture.

Just heard the publishing industry is ganging up on President Trump so that he cannot find anyone to publish his books.

The leftists are determined to cancel him 100%. (If I am not mistaken, even Hitler's book is allowed to be sold in Germany now. Maybe Americans in the next century will be able to read President Trump's book. At that time, many Americans will look back on his four years as the last good years of this country.)

You do realize that this 'marketplace of ideas' is being choked off and strangled by the left who will brook no thought that does not meet with their approval.

Just ask the Universities where free thought is free only if your progressive, or social media where your voice is silenced and the powers of government try to portray you as a 'cultist'. Or even the American media who dox people for voicing an opinion. Hell, they even destroy teenagers who smile nervously when confronted by a domestic terrorist on the steps of the Justice Department.
