This is only a directive from an Executive agency, so the courts I am sure will begin to play this out, but it looks like the fight is on with regards to biological boys/men (i.e boys/men) competing with biological girls/women (i.e girls/women)

Conn. transgender policy found to violate Title IX

Connecticut's policy allowing transgender girls to compete as girls in high school sports violates the civil rights of athletes who have always identified as female, the U.S. Education Department has determined in a decision that could force the state to change course to keep federal funding and influence others to do the same.

A letter from the department's civil rights office, a copy of which was obtained Thursday by The Associated Press, came in response to a complaint filed last year by several cisgender female track athletes who argued that two transgender female runners had an unfair physical advantage.

Note the PC use of "cisgender" to keep ESPN's PC/SJW bonafides up to snuff.

OMG a LIbtard state has common sense. This is a very notable moment in time. Has the pendulum finished it's swing and is now coming back to what can only be called sensible?

If transgenders want to compete in athletics then they need their own division where they compete amongst themselves.

"Cis" gender is a woman walking arm in arm with another woman in perfect beauty and gender solidarity. What hogwash!

There are Special Olympics and other divisions, of course, but these radical lesbian cop-calling feminist whores have not proven in court that transgender athletes have an unfair advantage over them.

High school sports should be limited to boys only if these highly entitled lesbian girls are going to court against transgender girls and other targeted individuals to exclude them from the running track or other non-contact sports.

I can see allowing a girl who want to jump up in class (so to speak) and compete with the boys much easier than I can with a boy who wants to drop down in class and compete with girls.

A girl, shot up with testosterone in the womb and mutilated to look like a boy for the pleasure of the gentlemen of the court, is not a boy, and it is not, in this case, her desire to date or have sex with other girls.

Title IX was not written for Trans, this is stupid.

A reason that is being done besides the trans change is that there may be a career for being good in the sport. And therefore making money. They are not as good as the males but can compete with the females.

The whole Title IX thing is a cop-calling whore's policy, with the corporate sexual harassment lawsuits, the college campus rape charges with convictions on a preponderance of the evidence rather than proof beyond a reasonable doubt, and the child pornography charges with convictions on no evidence at all.

What pro female sports league is that? The Bikini football league? I don't think so.

Oh, I thought we were talking about competing in sports based on a persons perceived sexual identity rather than base on their sex. Never mind.

Where did common sense go? Genetic men pretending to be women competing against genetic women? How freaking absurd.
Neither biological nor genetic men. They were baby girls altered and mutilated with artificial testosterone to grow up with a masculine body for the pleasure of the gentlemen of the district who patronize Oriental nightclubs.
