Congress is bringing back the idea of a 'limited' nuclear war

Several lawmakers believe the United States needs to be prepared to fight a limited nuclear war.

I think it means limited only to the point at which Russia starts losing the war. Then when that happens it only takes an overactive imagination to think that NYC, Los Angels, and many other US cities will become dead zones.

Confidence propaganda is seriously needed for the American citizen to keep bearing up and sleeping at night.

What other possible purpose could be in proposing limited nuclear war. Nuclear weapons only purpose is to win a war that has gone bad for one of the combatants.

We have always had what we use to call field nukes... they were a last option on the battlefield.... they were always meant to be an answer to chemical and biological warfare...
