DeBlasio is the NYC mayor who refused to make use of the Navy medical ship that Trump sent to free up space for COVID patients. Rather than show that Trump was helping out, DeBlasio let the ship sit empty, while elderly nursing home patients were put into COVID-infected facilities, and it was eventually returned.
