Dear Sir

When I observed that received excess PTCL billing for the month of May and Jun 2011 in this regard I lodge complain Online complain No. ONL/0001061/11 with Wafaqi Mohtasib, Islamabad Dated July 16, 2011

More painful and less surprise when received replies from Wafaqi Mohtasib Islamabad that said complain does not relate of any agency of the Federal Government does not fall under the jurisdiction of the Wafaqi Mohtasib vide their letter dated July 26, 2011 and August 24, 2011.

I am not approaching Wafaqi Mohtasib for facing excess PTCL billing if any one have doubt than check the previous record than realized that I have already made twice complain WMS and got favorable replies details as follows.

1. I approach vide my complain No. KHI/1048/2008-AHM-468 dated 18-08-2008 in which I got rebate of 268 local calls. I got also report from the said Wafaqi Mohtasib, Karachi.

2. I approach vide my complain No. ONL/43/09-AS-891 and H-2001-09-AS-896 in which I got some rebate from PTCL vide their letter Ref No,RGM-I/S-E(CO-ORD) RVC-PHC-2226942/17 Dated 20-05-2009 revised the Dec 2008.

Now what happen to WMS to accept and registered complain against PTCL which I fail to understand. Guide me which authority now looking for working when a customer faced excess billing if WMS is now not working than why previously attend my 2 complain than do not remembered that complain does not relate of any agency of the Federal Government does not fall under the jurisdiction of the Wafaqi Mohtasib which means making joke or foolish the people.

Why PTCL making unnecessary delay and I got email from Mr. Mirza Shamim Akther Customer Service Dept that my decision will be made up to Sep 15, 2011 which is totally injustice and delay tactics to make customer mood angry.
