Public officials all over are trying to break the economy. Tax dollars pays for these court fees and settlements.
To me that it sound like a bunch of Deep state lawyers are looking for ways to soak the system.
But since it is a virtual class that is online. He may as well transfer to another virtual class around the nation or the world.
That is one thing that is good about online classes. It is you can have a choice, and you don't have to be in a certain age group to attend. And the parents can sit in at anytime to see what is being taught.
