Colorado School Shooter a Socialist... and "Bullied"

Wow. What an appropriate thing to say about this. :finger3:

Awesome was Sarcastic and Directed at the Excuse already being provided... Dipshit.

"Idiotic" is not sarcastic and is directed at the OP that is trying to use a tragedy less than 12 hours old for their own dumbass purpose.

P.S. 1/3 of the words in your response were incorrectly capitalized. You must have had a conservative education.

Sorry but you don't get to decide what other people meant in their posts.

I never did. I was just pointing out that he's a dick.

I assure you if this 18-year-old had been a Bible Thumping, Right Wing Zealot who had links on his Facebook page to Rush Limbaugh there would be quite a few Board Liberals this Thread right now.

:)

peace...

I also started a thread on this shooting seems the topic in that thread is focusing on the teacher.

well, the teacher is obviously a coward.

He was "bullied" is the new excuse for liberal/progressive nut cases.

It changes the perpetrator from evil criminal to hapless victim that deserves pity. .... :doubt:

except the ones who started the trend in Columbine were also bullied - but then the problem was dissected, addressed and for almost 10 years the situation was relatively calm in that dimension until the recent shootings when it is obvious nobody is even attempting to address the bottom line issues but starts the hysteria about guns and gun control.

The recent incidents all over the US have been very different in their root causes - the most unpredictable and massive are connected to severe mental instability and it does not look like the perpetrators there have had any grudges particularly against the people attacked - it was basically a show, a random one.

But this case does not lok like that, because the student was looking for a particular teacher and had the history which can push to such reactions.
Personally, I think, that if the teacher would not run away - the negotiable solution would be quite possible. If the student would like just to shoot the teacher in revenge - he won't come to school, he would just wait for him in the bushes near his home.
The element of super drama and visibility clearly points that he, most probably, just wanted to threaten ( stupid as well) and not kill. The teacher's cowardice angered him and provoked to shooting randomly and suicide.

Putting all the incidents together does not serve the prevention of the problem solution at all - as prevention begins in the realization of the cause.

well, the teacher is obviously a coward.

One article said the teacher ran out hoping to draw the shooter out of the school. :dunno:

One thing I have noticed with the past few teen shooters is that their parents had been divorced within a year or two. The kids no doubt, lived under an atmosphere of anxiety and insecurity for years before that, between the parents? Parental fighting or tensions can push a sensitive kid over the edge, leaving them little to hope for, or live for, and killing or taking out revenge upon another is an expression of their unresolved hostilities.

So sick, our society has become...so very, very sad....

well, that clearly failed.

but nobody tells why the teacher was the target.

Just copied this out of a longer article, just in:

Pierson was reportedly targeting the teacher because he had recently kicked him off the school’s debate team.
