Facts left out.

The Hick was paid by the State to attend a Meeting. He brought his Family along. When it was noted that it might be conscrewed as improper, Hick paid for not only his families expenses but his own as well. No harm done.

The problem is, the "Panel" demanded that the Hick show up in person on a date during the Lockdown. He refused but suggest another date so he could be there in person. He also suggested a teleconference as well on the original demanded date. The Panel exempted his accusors and the Hick refuses to show up unless he can get his constitutional right of facing his accussors. This is not even a thinly veiled political game. It has nothing to do with who paid for what when.

But don't let a few pesky things like Facts get in the way of a good conspiracy theory.
