And for conservatives the ‘solution,’ of course, is to ‘re-criminalize’ marijuana and swamp the legal system and jails with needless arrests and incarcerations – along with the increased costs.

Such is the authoritarian right: more government, bigger government dictating to citizens how they should conduct their private lives.
