Boo hoo. How can I survive without them to ignore?

“‘MSNBC finished No. 6 in primetime and No. 8 in total day, while CNN finished No. 9 in primetime and No. 10 in total day. MSNBC’s second-place finish is notable, as CNN won the primetime demo for the entire month of July. Last week, MSNBC averaged 1.22 million primetime viewers compared to 986,000 for CNN.'”

How is this a story?

The election and the campaign were big news. Everybody involved in news profited from that. It was a gold mine.

Now it's over. Viewership will drop, as it does every election, indeed as it does after any event runs its course. What the hell do you expect?

What the fuck is the point here?

And not only in a symbolic way... but in a very real way.

Vince Foster and many others know. :(

Apparently above your level.

There is not point.

It's best to just say 'thank you Capt Nielsen Raiting' and move on. Who knows why these people do these bizarre things. Like someone that says Sarah Palin is smart. You have an urge to help them back to reality but quickly decide it would be a lifetime of work to enlighten that mind.

I already know that part of his point is that he just opened yet another 55-gallon drum of coffee addiction and feels yet another need to take over the board.

I guess that's why he ran away. He has no answer. Plus he's prolly gotta go potty.

Event = news watching. Even ends, news watching drops. Been that way as long as there's been news.

That the Clinton News Network outed itself and viewers are going elsewhere in an effort to get unbiased news.

Horseshit.

A big event has ended, viewers recede. That's how things ALWAYS work.

News "bias"? It certainly exists but its objective is to grab as many viewers as it can (which process both a Presidential campaign and a figure like Rump accelerate greatly). Especially if that election is a horse race.

Whelp --- that race is over now so they'll have to find another angle, which they well know, apparently better than you do.

What will that angle be? Doesn't matter. Maybe a scandalous exposé about how some "celebrity" none of us know soiled their underwear. Maybe there'll be a nice forest fire. Whatever keeps you drones tuning in so they can deliver your eyeballs to an advertiser so they can sell you shit you don't need. THAT's the bias.

Meanwhile there'll be another attention whore on the side jumping up and down yelling "media bias" as if it's got something to do with ideology, and you'll buy that too. You already did.

Breaking news, this just in an eon ago --- NOBODY makes money off pushing an ideology. They make money by selling you Viagra because they've first captured your attention with that story about soiled underwear.

Any questions?

Wake the hell up.

Given that CNN employed Corey Lewandowski, who was employed by Trump at the same time, it's very clear which way their bias lay. I mean, I didn't see any Clinton staffers on the CNN payroll. CNN was and is openly in the tank for Trump, and the Trump fans should have the decency to show some little gratitude for their devoted service to The Fuehrer.
