Lee was no traitor, he fought for Virginia. what would you do if Trump put you at the head of an army and ordered you to invade your home state, kill your childhood friends and neighbors, and burn your state to the ground? You'd probably tell him to go fuck himself, no?
Lee did not agree with secession, he fought to defend his homeland from an army raised to invade and subjugate it. He, like Virginia, disagreed with secession. They both left when the U.S. government raised an army to invade.
Lee, when the war was over, worked hard on reconciliation with the U.S. and was a role model for former confederates.
You may not agree with his actions in defending his home state, but he was a symbol of the South, it was Lee that urged southerners to reintegrate and to lay down their arms instead of continuing the fight.
He was also quite progressive for a southerner at the time, and fought to reconcile southerners with the freed african-americans in their community. a stark contrast to the KKK terror that followed not long after.

Instead of having hate for the men who gave us over 200 years of freedom and made us leaders of the world, that bitch should be thankful she's not living in Liberia. She would have been treated far worse than any of her ancestors were treated here as slaves. She should get over it or put her money where her mouth is and move back to where she would be if slavery had never happened.
