CNN and Fox News networks out?

i just woke up and I always turn on CNN or fox for news. The message on the screen says "technical difficulties stand by". All other channels are good to go. I have directv. What's going on?

Weird, they're back on.

In 10 years I've never seen that message on the screen ever.
