Two people closely linked to Bill and Hillary Clinton have taken key roles with Black Lives Matter recent filings say. This comes as the organization is under scrutiny in multiple states over its finances and reportedly has $60 million cash on hand.

Democratic lawyer Marc Elias, who was a lawyer for Hillary’s campaign in 2016 and is under mounting suspicion of having played a role in the false Trump Russia story and longtime ally of both Bill and Hillary, Minyon Moore, have taken leadership roles in the charity.

“The latest filing’s addition of partisan lawyer Marc Elias confirms the group is more political than charitable,” Scott Walter, the president of the Capital Research Center. “But it also suggests that finally some left-wing heavyweights have begun to deal with the embarrassing mess made by a major activist group the institutional Left has failed to, pardon the term, police.”

Indiana’s Attorney General Todd Rokita said of the charity’s financial disclosure mess:
“It appears that the house of cards may be falling, and this happens eventually with nearly every scam, scheme, or illegal enterprise.

“I see patterns that scams kind of universally take: failure to provide board members, failure to provide even executive directors, failure to make your filings available. It all leads to suspicion.”
