Christie gives illegals in state tuition.

Let me get this straight.

A born American student from any of the other 49 states is charged the expensive Out-of-State tuition.

While an illegal alien from bumfuck Mexico is given the cheaper In-State tuition rate.

Yea, sounds logical to me......... :cuckoo: :doubt:

About time that California get out of the Union and declare themselves a Socialist country of their own. WE don't need that crap filtering into the other 49...

Because the elites don't think it matters...Political expediency...LAW? What law?

It’s refreshing to see a republican who understands and obeys the Constitution.

Supporters of the legislation have argued that people brought to the country as children should not be penalized for their parents’ actions, and that increasing access to higher education will encourage more immigrants to excel in high school and add to the state’s highly skilled work force.

It’s been long-standing Anglo-American judicial tradition and Constitutional case law that children may not be punished for the misdeeds of their parents. See Weber v. Aetna Casualty & Surety Co. (1972).

Moreover, none of the undocumented immigrants have been found guilty of any crime, including that of being in the country illegally; to subject them to punitive measures absent due process would be a violation of the 14th Amendment. See Plyler v. Doe (1982).

Stop giving illegal immigrants a reason to come here, and they will. Keep giving them reasons, like this one, and the problem will never stop.

Aren't lawyers officers of the court?

How can someone who is in active violation of the law be an officer of the court?
