A curious announcement at least!
Does China have the resources to upstage the US and the rest of the world on owning the moon?

That would seem to suggest that China would have the ability to defend it's lunar territory?

I have to object to this topic being considered a conspiracy theory. The reason being that NASA doesn't deal in such theories.

However, my objecting will end here because the moderator responsible for moving this topic is unknown and will remain immune to further criticism.

An explanation by the moderator responsible would be in order IMO.
