I never heard about this when it happened on New Years Eve. I watched half a dozen news video links today. All gave same info.

South Side Chicago. A 7 year old sat in a car while mom ran into the store. A group of 3 teenage thug criminals ran up and smashed the child with a concrete block. He was critically injured and will.need his eye reconstructed.

The media went to good lengths describing the boy. Hes a "Caucasian looking Hispanic".

The suspects? Media only said they were 13-18 year old males. Nothing more. Id tell police to start investigating those blonde haired teens in Lincoln Park and Old Town. They probably went to the South Side hunting little 7 year old Caucasian looking children to harm.
