A husband and father of three from Chicago was killed after being severely beaten while hanging Christmas lights.
Jose Tellez was putting up decorations outside his Gage Park home when two men struck Tellez in the head with “blunt objects” according to the Chicago Sun Times.
Police have not released any other information about the suspects.

Police were searching for two people who beat a man to death Saturday evening in Gage Park on the Southwest Side.
Jose Tellez was struck in the head by two males using blunt objects about 6:30 p.m. in the 3500 block of West 58th Street.
Tellez, 49, was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead at 10:32 p.m., the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.

Comment:
What was the motivation?
It doesn't say that he was robbed.
Did they just hate Christmas lights?
Why do people choose to do these sorts of inhuman acts of violence?
Is America devolving?

There's like 50 people murdered each day.

Why single out this one?

RIP
That's just in the city of Chicago you nit. It doesn't include those injured and wounded. The mere fact that people are not able to hang their Christmas decorations or improve their living conditions is indicative of the chaos and lawlessness in Chicago and other Blue Plantation cities throughout America.

Well, this is just horrible....I would love to hear the motivation...But according to posters like Citygator things like this aren't a big deal because these things are not happening at high rates like "red states"....

Personally, if these people are caught, I believe the death penality without appeal should be a consideration.
