cdc data on the virus in the us

so many deaths could have been & more can still be prevented if only there was a cohesive national policy lead by a competent president who, instead of being completely delusional & sociopathic, listened to the science, medical, & intel experts going back to january when we knew this awful disease was heading our way.

I had a discussion about that yesterday. This is as close to the exact response as I can remember.

That's not what they are saying on fox. The CDC, and every other organization that agrees with them are all paid off by Soros, and want to destroy America. If it's not said on fox, and by my preacher, it's your facts. My facts are different. I'll vote the Bible!!

What, specifically should Trump have done and when?

list actions and dates.

the reality of the virus in the us and how trumps virus is killing a person every 80 secs

now wonder what excuse will be used to close this thread in 5 minutes like the last one
Trumps virus? Really do you think he whipped it up in a lab?
did you call all the viruses that hit when 44 was in office 44 viruses?
if you wanted to talk facts and present real Information you wouldn’t have to lie in your op. But then again no one expects anything else.

Funny how you leftist party of dementia always leave out how your side has done so much to up the death count. Putting virus positive people in nursing homes. Calling shutting down air travel xenophobic. Telling people to come walk the streets while hugging everyone.
I could go on but you will never admit to everything the left has done.

Exclusive: White House told federal health agency to classify coronavirus deliberations - sources

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The White House has ordered federal health officials to treat top-level coronavirus meetings as classified, an unusual step that has restricted information and hampered the U.S. government’s response to the contagion, according to four Trump administration officials.
The officials said that dozens of classified discussions about such topics as the scope of infections, quarantines and travel restrictions have been held since mid-January in a high-security meeting room at the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), a key player in the fight against the coronavirus.
Staffers without security clearances, including government experts, were excluded from the interagency meetings, which included video conference calls, the sources said.
“We had some very critical people who did not have security clearances who could not go,” one official said. “These should not be classified meetings. It was unnecessary.”

The sources said the National Security Council (NSC), which advises the president on security issues, ordered the classification.”This came directly from the White House,” one official said.
The White House insistence on secrecy at the nation’s premier public health organization, which has not been previously disclosed, has put a lid on certain information - and potentially delayed the response to the crisis. COVID19, the disease caused by the virus, has killed about 30 people in the United States and infected more than 1,000 people.

Why are we not getting a break down of confirmed deaths vs probable deaths?

Confirmed & Probable Counts
As of April 14, 2020, CDC case counts and death counts include both confirmed and probable cases and deaths. This change was made to reflect an interim COVID-19 position statementpdf iconexternal icon issued by the Council for State and Territorial Epidemiologists on April 5, 2020. The position statement included a case definition and made COVID-19 a nationally notifiable disease. Nationally notifiable disease cases are voluntarily reported to CDC by jurisdictions.

A confirmed case or death is defined by meeting confirmatory laboratory evidence for COVID-19.

A probable case or death is defined by one of the following:

  • Meeting clinical criteria AND epidemiologic evidence with no confirmatory laboratory testing performed for COVID-19
  • Meeting presumptive laboratory evidence AND either clinical criteria OR epidemiologic evidence
  • Meeting vital records criteria with no confirmatory laboratory testing performed for COVID19
Not all jurisdictions report probable cases and deaths to CDC. When not available to CDC, it is noted as N/A. Please note that jurisdictions may reclassify probable cases at any time to confirmed cases (if confirmatory laboratory evidence is obtained) or withdraw probable case reports entirely if further public health investigation determines that the individual most likely did not have COVID-19. As a result, probable case counts can fluctuate substantially. A jurisdiction might even report a negative number of probable cases on a given day, if more probable cases were disproven than were initially reported on that day.

The map shown under "Cases by Jurisdiction" strongly indicates major resistance to infection in the coldest, least populace geographic zones. To reduce further death, a policy of massive snow making followed by self-extinction appears the only way to proceed from here. ;)

We all know whatever actions Trump takes or doesn't take the left will attack him. If president Trump locked the entire country down HARD and that stopped the virus dead in its tracks the left would attack him for the damage done to the economy and jobs lost. The left are so pathetic.

The Cuomo/Pelosi virus is going to have to work it’s way around the country. Face it. Left wing liberal assholes keep moving the goalposts because Orange Man Bad.

Orange man isn't just bad. He' a disgusting pig.

What has president Trump done specifically to harm you? Or are you just butthurt because Trump won and Hillary lost?

The stupid fucks claimed he should have shut down the nation, then claimed he didn’t have the authority to reopen it....citing state and local municipalities rights.

No shit. Then he didn’t have authority to shut it down and local governments did.

Coumo and DiBlasio have lots fo blood on their communist hands,

he should NOT have disbanded the pandemic response team embedded in china
PER THE 2nd link i provided.

listened to the experts when the mock drills held (in case of a pandemic outbreak) gave the US a great big FAIL, & taken steps to correct that per 2nd link i provided

& have had the real experts in on those meetings SO that a cohesive detailed plan could have been implemented IN TIME per the 1st link i provided.

i gave you those links because i agree with all the steps that any upright critical thinking biped would have done & thought that would have been the wise thing to do.

did you even read them? of course not by the rapid reply you dolled out & obviously you don't read & educate yerself as to what should have been done that donny didn't do.

your knuckles must constantly bleed with all the scraping along the ground they experience.
