Carpet padding going bad ??

Just to expand on my last post
The tac board seems ok but it’s the carpet padding that is bad and making me go crazy as I have carpet bumps
I can’t just get to the padding
I guess I have to get a knife and fold the carpet back

I can’t do anything

I think you probably are. Your landlord bought the carpet and can go back to the supplier. Grow up.

Commercial carpet isn't that deluxe or expensive. It can't be. Time and money, training and tools, fix it yourself or hire it done if carpetlaying isn't your thing. This stuff can't be that big a deal one way or the other.

Sometimes, if construction wasn't done right in the first place, your best option is a little bit of R&R (rip it out and replace it), rather than try to fix the unfixable fuckup.

You can't fix it because you don't have a carpet stretcher. To appease your OCD, just get an area rug and put over that spot.

You can't fix it because you don't have a carpet stretcher. To appease your OCD, just get an area rug and put over that spot.

I do practice my mma in that area as I live in a mediocre apartment
