Capitalism is Violence

Blaming capitalism is like blaming guns for killing people- it's a tool- the people who take advantage of it are like murderers that use a gun- they chose a tool- in our case, the people choosing the tool are in the District of Criminals- the most powerful cartel on the planet, who ensure their scheme is forced on others, by law here, by military and para-military elsewhere- innocents in particular- forcing, or coercion, is not consensual, therefore, not that good for others- only the more equal like the other ism's of the nefarious- be it communist, socialist or nazi- it's people- and our people suffer from improper education, including the elites- their education was built on false premises, a shifting foundation- thus, we have no virtuous men allegedly representing we the stinky tourists-
Capitalism elevates the interests of the business class over labor. It prioritizes profits over people everywhere it takes root. Over the past five hundred years capitalism has been responsible for the deaths of hundreds of millions of human beings and it continues to add to its grim total today.

Capitalism elevates the interests of the business class over labor.

And that's why China was able to pull hundreds of millions of its citizens out of abject poverty.

Because Communism sure wasn't doing shit for them, eh comrade?

What connects slave labor, the ruthless extraction of foreign natural resources, wars of aggression, and regular mass shooting episodes in the US?

Systemic Disorder

"Violence, force and coercion — exemplified in widespread use of slave labor, imperialist conquests of peoples around the world and ruthless extraction of natural resources — pervades the entire history of capitalism.

"The rise of capitalism can’t be understood outside slavery, colonialism and plunder."

Capitalism took root by placing markets over people.
English lords wanted to transform arable land into sheep pastures to capitalize on the demand for wool, and state force was the crucial midwife.
Slavery played its role in bootstrapping the rise of European and US capitalism.
Over the past hundred years the US has perfected the use of state-sanctioned force to implement William Howard Taft's essential foreign policy:

"... President Taft had already declared that his foreign policy was 'to include active intervention to secure our merchandise and our capitalists opportunity for profitable investment' abroad. "
Cool. Flee to North Korea while you still can.

John is also a devout Christian and while he and his family could enjoy a better lifestyle via the profits of his business, he uses a large portion of those to support an orphanage and school in Africa. As he puts it, he "felt the Lord's thumb upon him to do something good in pay back for his good fortune", etc.
Does "John" know (or care) how many Africans have died at the hands of Christian capitalists?

"The entire territory that today constitutes the Democratic Republic of Congo was, in the late 19th and early 20th century, the personal possession of Belgium’s king, Leopold II.

"At least 10 million Congolese lost their lives at the hands of Belgian authorities eager to extract rubber and other resources at any cost.

"This genocidal plunder — the loss of life halved the local population — rested on a system of terror and slave labor.

"This system included forced labor requiring work in mines day and night, the chopping off of hands as punishment and 'the burning of countless villages and cities where every individual who was found was killed...'

"The U.S., incidentally, was the first country to recognize King Leopold’s claim to Congo."

Democide and Communism

Communism just covertly starts, funds, and supports insurrections around the world.
Since the end of WWII (at least), the US has preached democracy but its real commitment is to private, capitalist enterprise.

This is true not only inside the USA but also for its client states across the globe. From Iran in 1953 to Guatemala in 1954 and 1963 to the Dominican Republic in 1963 and 1965 to Brazil in 1964 and Chile in 1973 whenever the "rights" of US investors are threatened, democracy is sacrificed on the altar of "free markets."

Local populations being ground into dust by US foreign policy turned to communism as a mean of fighting back against their capitalist masters.

Simply horrible letting individuals decide how to make a living on their own.
No wonder everyone is fleeing America for North Korea.

and if you have never seen one it might have to do with the people/groups you are hanging out with,, cause I have been working in the free market without cronyism for almost 30 yrs,,,
The parts of the US economy capable of competing internationally are primarily state subsidized like agribusiness, high tech, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. US taxpayers pay for research and development producing a system of public subsidy and private profit called free enterprise which is actually crony capitalism.
