I dont think it will help much. There should be fundamental changes. Formal anti-lobbyst law isnt even a start.It is a start IMO. Elections should be funded based on the number of voters in the district - each candidate to get the same amount. Elections to last not longer than 42 days. No campaign before an election is called. No money spent outside of public funding.
