It is possible to own guns and not shoot at humans. How do you equate owning guns to not valuing human life. I don't get the correlation--maybe because there is none.

This is going on in Europe, too. Like some kind of amoral twisted nihilists, they (liberal progressive whatzits) support suicide. I'm at a loss here for words on this issue.. When these same people justify say, infanticide (abortion), then support a group called black LIVES matter, BUT condemn killing in self defence or the death penalty...WHAT? Could they please at least TRY to be consistent on the value of life? Do lives matter, or do they NOT?

So what. There are other causes of death in the US--banning guns does not stop murders nor suicides. People bent on taking their own or others lives will find a way. Examples--suicides off the golden gate bridge, stepping in front of traffic or trains, carbon monoxide, poisoning. Examples--murder, the OKC bombing, the Boston Marathon bombing, a whack job that drove an SUV through a Christmas parade, mass knifing murder in Canada, gassing murder in Japan. Trying to blame guns for the same action is a cop out by people with nonsensical ulterior motives.
