Can Minneapolis sue the media outlets for insighting and justifying violence?

Well, anyway, the premise of the OP is ridiculous. The stuff about Biden (Gee, how did I know he'd be blamed for it), you sound nuttier than normal.
Thanks for "Inadvertantly" exposing your media as nutty for blaming Trump for those deaths.
Since you don't seem to know what inadvertant means :In this context your standard of logic binds you in "INADVERTANTLY" EXPOSING YOURSELF TO THAT SAME STANDARD.
SO if you say blaming Biden is nutty then blaming Trump is nutty. The difference is I did it as a reflective lesson and ypu do it from your TDS.
Please get better!

Blaming Biden for the riots is much more dumb than blaming the media. You're blaming both. Hence, your idiocy. Rest well. You need it.
You can't be this stupid, so you are purposely baiting like the media does and doing it for political angst like media does (see how this ties into the subject?)
You know full well because I even told you, I used Biden as an analogy to show you how stupid Media politicizes things and your reply admited "Inadvertantly" that the media doing so is stupid and insane". You keep proving my points while showing your lack of understanding the simplest of concepts and lessons.
YOU LITERALLY took my Biden comment seriously which makes you prove how gullible to media commentary you can be.
:)

No.
I called your premise ridiculous.
I called your blaming Biden ridiculous.

The rest is a construct of your clearly defective mind.
But then isn't calling the cop white insignificant and only done to stir divide when it's a cop and a perp not a white and a black?
When the cop is black does media note color?
When perp is white is race significant?
Only when it has political use or viewership benefit does a colorless world decide to be racial and divided. YOU THEREFORE SUPPORT THE DIVIDE AND ARE RACIST IN SUPPORTING CALLING SOMEONE WHITE WHEN SUPPOSED RACE HAS NO SIGNIFICANCE.

Candycorn are you a Gentile?

*Zoom*! In conclusion you admit the protesters premise is ridiculous and the OP validated in calling it out.

I don't know what posts you are reading but they aren't mine. Were you dropped on your head at birth?

Ok he won't answer honestly knowing the lesson will bite him back.
Assuming corn is Gentile and my being Jewish, we could do like the media and bring up the aggressor as a Jew Hating Gentile attacking a Jew with name calling hate speach when in reality it's a leftist poster attacking a political rival or just a poster bashing another poster.
If you say bringing up Corn's religious affiliation is ridiculous then so is media targeting the cops race and the perps race. I'm being attacked for my social science and behavior stance not my religious stance, so my religion has no importance in this incidence just as race has no importance in a cop attacking aggressively a perps criminal stance not a racial stance. Agressive force is the debate not the races just as Corns hate for Jews is not a brought up issue with his bashing me.
The problem is arguing what is acceptible force and how restrictions tie the hands of our law enforcement and leave them at greater risk is not a discussion media or community wants to get into because it doesn't help political narratives. Nor release bottled up displaced emotions which media also uses.

1)people have convicted and have said to convict without trial, yet justice requires a process, one that requires a verdict that serves that justice.
Mobs can't decide to skip that process or you have no law and the Mob is the problem not the solution. *see below issues with riots that harm the people of the city*
2) Media insights through selective recognition.
There are hundreds of thousands of interactions between police and suspects or criminals per week, millions of interactions a week between police or investigative agencies and citizens.
Sometimes police aggressive incidents occur once a month sometimes once in 3 months and sometimes coincidentally twice in a week.
Agressive behavior against cops occur much nore frequently but you won't hear about that because it foils the whole selective recognition allusion and narrative used to fuel anger the media uses as a weapon.
Sometimes it's as many an incident with black cop sometimes as many aggressive acts on a white victim and news media can't use those incidents for it's racial divide=selective recognition requires out of full numbers rate context framing.
If the media selectively uses the times something occurs to charge people's emotions to shape a narrative that this is racial and often when in reality the percentages are lower then covid-19 percentages and you don't see protests on the Nursing home deaths burning down Cuomo's offices.
3) financing of protesting groups and organizers are done for what reason? Is it for their hedge fund shorting the market, it can't be for news ratings because nothing can save that.
So what do they get out of insightment?
Well they know the people have pent up anger from the stay at home orders, and the media knows it can play the racial divide like a fiddle, so is their insightment political motivated since that seems to be the 24/7 motivation for everything they say and do?
We know they love the divide to further their pandering to the black voters by way of calling this administration and the right as racists.
They also love the riots to claim this administration is to blame for chaos on the streets.
They love showing instability for sake of doing everything they can to paint a picture of rivals failure to lead the nation, wven though they are the puppet masters causing those instabilities including organizing protests, knowing full well how out of hand that will go in desperate and frustrating times we are in with the Pandemic.

Since Media strategically and purposefully shapes the missplaced and deflective anger, then are they responsible for yelling fire in a crowded theater?

**how riots cause people bigger issues:
1)it creates more of the prejudices and untrust it intends to protest=making things worse.
2)causes a vacuume of money and intellect businesses and investments to flee the city.
3)causes higher taxes, higher insurance rates, stores have to charge more, so higher cost of goods.
4)devalues their properties.
5)innocent people become victims so rioters become victimizers who they hate.
6)innocent resident property gets destroyed in this hardship now is worse then in any other time.
7)police protection will be more timid hurting the whole community and it's ability to hire good quality law enforcenent.
8)lawlessness prevails, community suffers higher crime rates.
9)interferes with emergency rescues could jeopardize lives.
10) hurts markets and fills the pockets of those who pull the strings for reason of stimulating the dropping Vix (volitility index).
11)you have the internet as a platform to voice out without causing these harms, but you won't use it because you might be refuted and proven wrong or zealous so old fashion methods like protests is your censorship of a rebuttle or admission your argument is flawed.
So much nonsense here I don't know where to begin.

Let's start with the most glaringly obvious...why haven't those four race soldiers not even been arrested as yet?

Had that happened, there'd be no uprisings.

You called them race soldiers, proving my point and losing your argument swiftly at first shot.
You even managed to blame people not involved in excessive force, now making police liable for what their partner does and or other patrol cars do.
Who will patrol our streets when you make it impossible to be a cop?
Those guilty of agressive force and those guilty of allowing it without trying to step in would be appropriately repremanded or charged by way of our justice system and if you don't believe in that system then you have to address that in a civilized manner, however you bust your party in doing so, because you seem to believe in equal justice only when it is for going after your rival party and never for your own party crimes.-oops

Actually, any city under siege by rioters should thank the media for even covering the chaos.

Being a reporter (conservative, liberal, or socialist) on the street during those riots is very dangerous.

Those rioters are very violent individuals.

I remember that during the riot here in Los Angeles in the 1960s, a reporter was viciously beaten over the head with a board. He was seriously injured. He claimed later, however, that he held no grudge against his attacker.

And in Baltimore, during one of its regular riots, a reporter was sucker punched by a "social justice warrior."

Maybe the media should ignore those riots, and they would end sooner.

There's a difference between reporting it as it's happening and reporting a narrative to cause the anger that causes the rioting or justification to riot.
It would be like somone in the media covering a rocket hiting a city in Israel compared to some media darling discussing with Ilhan Omar (D-MN) about Palestinians and allowing that discussion untethered free reign hate propaganda against Israel without rebutal and 2 sides to her racist argument. There's a big difference between reporting an event and being a catalyst in creating an event or divide or emotion.

The media tippy toes around the high black crime rate. Rarely if ever reports on that. And the anti white crimes committed by blacks? POOf into oblivion, you're never hear about them. The media mafia doesn't want to create backlash and is sensitive to the needs of the community...My sweet bippy they are. Violent blacks are a way larger problem than a few bad cops. And the riots? Speaks for themselves. The media feeds on this, it needs to end.

R >Hearst created WAR back in 1898, the media has such power now to cause a race war...its good for view ship

“Can Minneapolis sue the media outlets for insighting [sic] and justifying violence?”

This fails as a strawman fallacy.

Media outlets are neither inciting nor justifying violence.
As soon as they made it about race without knowledge of such and without making two sided arguments they became the instigators by painting the narrative of divide.
Which they constantly do, as this is nothing new, least you forget how they did St Louis and Baltimore harm in similar form.

*L* a CNN reporter accidentally got arrested in MN. Who says God doesn't have a sense of humor?

The media doesn't want to stir up ethnic, racial or cultural "backlash"? But they sure as hell relish anti white, anti police backlashes and cause riots. Reminds me of W.R. Hearst and his splendid little war, in 1899. They create wars and drive public opinion, create riots, then hide it as legitimate reportage. We investigated the Mafia, we need to investigate the MEDIA in the same way, they have an profit driven agenda. Like any business, their concern isn't the wellbeing of the publics or facts.

One can only hope more of that will happen in “ MN” but I just find it humorous that CNN has fallen so far from its pedestal... Why they are liken to a giant crow constantly Cawing the same message over and over again...I don’t know how true this is but I heard that the police officer and the fellow who unfortunately died worked at the same club together and probably knew each other before this incident.Maybe I am naive but whatever happened to impartial and fair reporting it seems like the “ good news” is nothing more then a National enquirer and there is absolutely nothing of value or truth to be found in it unfortunately...

I like this, I post something it doesn't show for like two hours so I post it again, innocently thinking it's boo boo. I am watching rioters/protesters here in Denver on this issue, they where 99% white. And the one the media interviews was black. I'm not worried about bad cops, they have oversight committee, as do most of our police. Do rioters have that same over sight?

I'm way more concerned with the overwhelming high black crime rate than some poorly trained white police officer. This guy is accountable, poor blacks that riot aren't, with their highly emotional violent tribal over reaction, that will fix everything... The riots are way worse, and just proves the worse in poor black communities.
