Wow!! I'm medieval.....I often wake up at 3am and go back to sleep at 430 am and sleep for two more hours; about 7.5 hours in total. That's why I'm on this site at that "medieval" hour. lol

My sleep has improved since I greatly reduced my coffee consumption. I also quite drinking alcoholic beverages which helped as well (my feet aren't cold at bedtime anymore).
