As to why China did not likely do this deliberately, if they had, then they would have first perfected a vaccine for themselves.
As it is, they ran the greatest risk and loses.
Nothing gained.
So then it can't be deliberate.

Directly after Trump clinching of the trade deal, combined with this completely reversing the fast track course that China was going down, they had every reason to have unleash the virus.
They can obviously afford to loose a lot more of their population than we can.
If they were to get caught having a vaccine prior, then that would be ample proof, and theyre not going to do that.
I think they played this out quit nicely, except they didnt plan on Trump shutting down travel and thought everyone was going to follow the advice of almighty WHO.
Proving all of this is a different subject, but Im sure there is enough intel, that when Trump is elected, there will a price to pay one way or another.

U.N has proven themselves useless, and China has bribed and influenced countless members, as they have the rest of the world with their expansion.

China holds a permanent seat on the Security Council ... with veto power ... so, NO, the UN can't do this ...

I like the way The Donald is handling China ... we had to "print" some money but we got the changes we needed for a more fair and balanced trade relationship ... we get the seasonal flu from China every year, and we knew SARS could emerge there at any time ... and we knew China would suppress that information ... a better solution is a big reduction in passenger airline travel in-and-out of China ... use the internet ... buy American ... vote for The Donald ...
