California governor blames Texas for California’s policies that caused the homeless crisis.

You must have never been to Texas seeing most of Texas urban areas are Democrat and Texas is a Minority-Majority State...

Also Austin is a beautiful city...
The cities are great. A wasteland is what the rest of Texas, "most," is.

Incorrect again!

Texas has beautiful rolling his and even it deserts are beautiful and calming...

So you know nothing about the State and you are just bia because of your hate for the GOP...
Dude, you can learn to love wasteland if you want. Others spot it and identify it immediately.
Considering those wastelands are some of the major petroleum producing areas and one of the major crop producing areas of the U.S. I think they work out fine.

On the other hand since you don't understand where it is even located I can see why you don't think much of it.
Yeah bro adding some shitty machinery to the landscape really adds some steampunk vibes to the wasteland

I guess idiots like you don't like having transportation, heating your house, cooking your food, or even having fresh food to eat.

We had been in Washington and Oregon. Spent a couple weeks down around Redding. We always try and tour a couple hundred miles out from where we stay. Next we stopped around San Francisco. Then over to Lake Tahoe for two weeks. My memories of that area may be off as I remember the Califoria side to be better taken care of and the Arizona side less commercial in the late sixties.
Next major stop was about a week and a half around Oakhurst. From there to Nice. Stayed there about three weeks until the smoke got too bad. Heard that not long after we left there was a fire near the lake.
Last major stop was Bakersfield. Stayed there almost a month or so. We did not see that much but loved the RV park that was in an orange grove.
Sorry failed to see much in the way of dice except in Lake Tahoe. Don't usual go into casinos. Extremely fast way to lose money for no return value.
Damn that’s some serious travels. Tahoe is one of my favorite places on earth. If that didn’t do it for ya then I don’t know what to say. Got no clue why you stayed in Bakersfield... that’s cow country where all the crackheads hang. You should of hit the coast. Taken the pacific coast highway and seen all the beach towns.
Was up and down the coast highway in the late sixties early seventies. Big Sur, Carmel that whole area.
As far as Bakersfield was close enough that we could see some of L.A. and Orange County. happened to like the RV park.
Wife and I have traveled around the country for five and a half years.
You like Tahoe you should see Yellowstone, the Teton valley in Wyoming, Flathead lake area or glacier park area in Montana.
Last road trip I did was from Minnesota back to Cali, went through Colorado and spent time camping in Utah and Yosemite. Utah was unbelievable. Yellowstone and Wyoming are next on my list.

Big sur and Carmel haven’t changed much since the 70s except for the cost of living is insane. Still beautiful place to live though
Guess I should have seen those areas then. Napa valley was ok. But (the only way I can put it) it seemed a bit like a theme park.

Colorado has some very nice areas but seems like a large number of figured out the nice areas. Wife liked Canyonland but like me was mostly unimpressed with Utah. Love the area between Denver and Grand Junction but when you come into Utah it is kind of a let down.
Hey, you like chocolate and I like vanilla. It’s all good
Never have been a real fan of deserts but that does not mean I can't appreciate it.

I love my trash being taken to the dump, too. But I'm not going to move there.

Going off of what you have posted on the forum so far I would guess that you live in a room with rubber on the walls. So I doubt you have to worry about trash, the staff does that for you.

Lol do all Texans think everyone else has staff that waits on them? Come on, bro. Have some self-esteem.

No just the insane ones are required to have staff.

California is moving forward on solving for deleterious effects of Capitalism's, natural rate of unemployment to solve for simple poverty and increase participation in our markets, to also improve their efficiency.

California has been off the rails for many years. It just keeps getting worse.

It is the usual blame someone else for all the troubles we create. Too bad most don't believe that.

What we are witnessing in real time is the consequence of the non reality standard that there are no limits to what we can support.
California cannot be bothered to do any bookkeeping until they no book left to keep.

In effect the states are shuffling parasites back and forth and as their numbers grow so will the consequences of their presence.
One of the consequences is what Cloward and Piven foresaw....the complete and total overwhelming of the current available resource.

Not wanting to be politically incorrect of course socialist pigs like Newsome will never admit what the real problem is.

I'm sure that Bleeding Texas has caused migration to the coastal states. But we shouldn't leave out Arizona.

I asked many homeless folks where they from throughout the years, the vast majority are not from California. The other striking thing hardly are Latinos and most are whites.
