“Send the wrong message to our neighbors that we want to kill them” Quote Chris Matthews. Duh? It sends the message that we want to keep illegal aliens and drugs out that is killing Americans. What does Chris Matthews think we should have on the border a “Kiddy Guard Gate.”
Securing the border is a matter of life and death for Americans as well as illegal aliens. I am with Cain. Put up a 20ft fence that will actually keep illegal aliens and drugs out. Or no fence at all.

CAIN SAID NOTHING TO APOLOGIZE FOR.
He suggested electrifying a fence along the U.S. border with Mexico to kill illegal immigrants trying to enter the United States. Cain later called it a joke and apologized if anyone was offended by the remarks.

Cain had nothing to apologize for. Illegal alien apologetics turned it into the killing fence and not Cain. An electrifying fence along the U.S. border do not suggest killing illegal aliens but send the message that they cannot enter the U.S. illegally by crossing the border. We use electrifying fences for many reason and never for killing but for deterring. Electrifying fences are never used to kill.
