The law hasn’t been following its normal course in United States. Most high and mighty criminals made outrage in humanity are unpunished and free yet. That’s a great shame for Obama’s administration and entire American people. Still they doubt as to whether George W. Bush’s government had been committing war crimes and whether he should be investigating for authorizing "waterboarding" and other abuse against detainees that the U.S.A. and a number of other countries have long recognized as torture.
Why are they hesitating? All those scoundrels Rumsfeld, and Tenet, and Lt.Gen. Sanchez, and former commander of the US military detention facility at Guantanamo Bay Gen. Miller, and Bush Jr. himself are the worst monsters guilty of many atrocities American militaries committed in their jails.
Doesn’t Obama understand that while those criminals have been unpunished U.S. international authority has been undermined? Our country serves as a model for many countries all over the world. And now we’ve got a great hole on our coat. We would have much more problems with cooperation with foreign Special Services and Muslims while Washington’s contrition about Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo are bare words. And while justice hasn’t been served U.S.A. won’t have a right to be considered paragon of Democracy. Obama’s administration has to follow up their words with deeds. Otherwise we’ll lose remnants of international respect and self-respect either.

You obviously aren't an American, so as an American, let me give you a piece of advice. You don't like the way we handle our enemies? There are some things you can do about that. First, instead of expecting America to police the whole damn planet for you, you and whatever nation you belong to are free to start doing your share of the job, without us holding your little hands, or footing the bill. The next time something flares up in your neighborhood that doesn't directly involve us, I suggest you and the rest of the international ingrates handle it yourselves, since you think you can do it better than we do. Oh, and by the way, while you are at it, the next time some natural disaster strikes, you can handle that too; we're feeling a little tapped out just now.

Second, if you don't like the way we handle terrorism, don't allow terrorists on your soil! If you do, and they become OUR problem, then how we choose to defend our nation by dealing with them may become YOUR problem. We are going to defend our nation, by whatever means WE see fit, and we are going to do that, whether YOU like it, or not! If you hide terrorists, if you support them, if you feed them, if you arm them, you ARE them. If you don't want us cleaning your house, get off your high horse and do it yourselves, before we have to do it for you.

You know, if you were actually living up to your own responsibilities, instead of expecting America to do it all for you, you wouldn't have time to worry about our methods, our brand of justice, or why we don't try our former leaders and military and intelligence personnel as "war criminals"; you'd be too damn busy taking care of business to care!

So, I tell you what; next time you have a problem, don't call us; call the U.N with its third-rate amateur soldiers and their baby blue berets, and their baby blue flag. When they screw it up, as usual, don't call us then, either. Fix your own problem, or suffer the consequences, at the hands of REAL war criminals. Maybe the experience will teach those of you who survive it some sense of gratitude. In the meantime, SHUT UP!

I would ask the question is creating a burning building where people chose to jump from 80 stories was humane or killing 3000 people just for the hell of it was humane. What about the beheading or blowing yourself up to kill civilians in a market place is humane. There is nothing about the terrorist that is humane. Kill them and bury them with a pig like the deserve.
