I have lost weight since the start of UK's first lockdown . i went from 101kgs i am now 75kgs , all i have done is make sure i only have candy once a week the rest of the week i dont touch it .. i still have belly fat , so i am doing sits up its a work in progress and i am still trying to lose more and get to a healthier weight , i also do a lot of walking in the week it takes baby steps but you will get there
