OK. it took three tries to watch this one. They did end up hooking me when I got to check out a full/rear nude shot of some little trolip:) / But from then on, it was awkward then disconnected. I must have missed something after I got turned on by Lo...

Had I known it was going to be the way it was, I wouldn't have botherd.BM in Lost in Translation was good. I was enjoyably different. But this one,,,, ehh?

Something tells me that the girl who did the nude scene is a porn star. Need to pull a Winston and investigage on line. Later.

Yeah, I was pretty unimpressed with this one. I guess I respect Bill Murray for going the indie route so late in his career, but I guess we're seeing that just because it's an indie movie doesn't mean it's good.

I did like his neighbor, though, the amateur detective guy. He was cool. Jim Jarmusch is a good director, though, he made a really awesome crime drama with Forest Whittaker called Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai. Also, if you're willing to test your patience, his movie Stranger Than Paradise is weirdly hypnotic and once you get used to its very slow rhythm, it's actually pretty well made and interesting, but really, even less happens in that than happened in Broken Flowers.

The girl who plays Lolita is about 22, I guess, so I wonder why the packages were flopping. But, don't get me wrong, I would jump her bones in a second.

Believe it or not, the reviews put this one in the 80s... I must have missed more than I thought.

I'm not surprised the reviews put this in the 80s. It's the kind of movie that intellectual movie critics fall all over themselves to praise since they think it'll make them look a lot cooler and smarter than they are.
