Once Brexit is accomplished, Brits may enjoy lower food prices.

"The Taxpayers' Alliance said the CAP – a levy which European members pay to fund the farming industry – cost British consumers around £10.3 billion a year, the equivalent of £398 per household.

But the group warned that, while the policy led to increased food prices, higher taxes and costly red tape, it was doing little to help British farmers.

The group added that research also suggested that the largest recipients of CAP money were not struggling subsistence farmers, but rather, large corporations and Government bodies."

Family food bill ?400 higher because of EU agricultural policy

The EU decimated Great Britain's fishing industry. The Brexit will now allow Brit fishing fleets to be able to fish their own 12 mile coast more than the French.
