Brianna Taylor grand jury in

The police were fired at and acted in self defense

So if you were in the same situation you would have waited to see who was kicking in your door. Unbelievable.
I've actually been in this situation-----------------We had just moved into a vacation rental while we looked for a house-------------about 3 in the morning, We hear this BANG BANG BANG BANG at our front door-----------it was cops/bounty hunters trying to serve warrants on some guy--I assume the owners trashy daughters boyfriend who used to live in our rental. I didn't shoot him even though they hadnt identified themselves---so no the drug dealer who isn't supposed to have a gun is not allowed to shoot cops yelling open up!! Its the police.

Maybe yes maybe no but that doesn't change the fact that this was a tragic accident....we don't execute folks for running a red light and killing someone....

Bullshit. It was no accident.
It was malign incompetence and depraved indifference to life and property.
It was homicide.
Totally justifiable shooting.

What were they both doing in the hall way near the bathroom? Flushing drugs?

Only during these times, could shut an open and shut case be denied by irrational leftists and blacks!
(1) The cops got a LEGITIMATE no knock warrant. No knock warrants were held constitutional, if it can be proven that knocking puts the officers in danger. Getting rid of it is a huge disservice.
(2) Regardless the officers still knocked and only preached the apartment when no one responded.
(3) Taylor’s BF proved the no knock was warranted, when he fires upon the officer FIRST!
(4) Then the officers are considered to act reckless by firing back at a known dangerous drug dealer who fired at them!

The Officers didn’t cause the situation her BF did. If you want to avoid getting shot, don’t sleep with morons that are going shoot at the police.

No she was suppose to be alone and no drugs were found, and he has and had no police warrant.

" The police were investigating two men they believed were selling drugs. The Taylor/Walker home was included in a "no-knock" search warrant, signed by Jefferson County Circuit Judge Mary M. Shaw..."

Why are you lying here?

Facts in the Breonna Taylor case:

- It wasn't a "no-knock" warrant

- Police knocked, announced presence, witness corroborates

- 1 officer entered, shot in thigh by Breonna's boyfriend

- Breonna was not asleep in bed

2 out of 3 officers were justified in returning fire
