The people of Arizona disagreed. And didn't elect a woman with zero relevant experience whose CV consisted of being a newscaster. That's it. Literally nothing else. Lake hasn't managed something as complicated as a McDonalds. She was utterly unprepared for the office she was seeking.
Instead, Arizona elected a woman with buckets of relevant experience. With Hobbs elected to the state legislature repeatedly, first in the State House, then the State Senate. She's worked within the executive branch, as Secretary of State. She's was even Arizona Senate Minority leader, with literally 12 years of experience in Arizona government.

Republicans picked a shit candidate. And she predictably lost.
Yeah, because we all seen how well we do with professional politicians. Well guess what, Trump never even sat on a school board yet alone any major political office, and up to covid, our country has never done better. And what do we have today? A professional politician that spent most of his adult life in federal government. And because of that, our country is so Fd up we may never get out of it for years after he's gone.
Trump's accomplishments are too long to list and longer than all of Dementia's failures. So you can keep supporting those professional politicians. I'm willing to try something new.
Trump had lead major business for years. That was his claim to leadership. There are plenty of successful business folks that ascend to political office based on their history of successful stewardship of their businesses.
Doug Ducey, the man that Hobbs is replacing.....was the CEO of ColdStone Creamery before becoming Treasurer and then Governor.
