1st of all is it true or fake news or China election meddling Propaganda?
How can it be a secret acct if it's a known acct, that should have been a tell that this didn't appear until a needed deflection tactic for Bidens dealings.

You probably don't want to start questioning the timing of information, fake or real, being released. This is about the same time that sham Hillary investigation was publicized last time, isn't it? The computer was in the possession of Giuliani, or Steve Bannon, or both for a long period of time
