BOOM! 3rd Circuit Tosses Trump PA Lawsuit - "Voters, not Lawyers, Choose the President"

...LEGAL voters select the president, that is clear to all.
Quite true. Now, all you need is proof that a sufficient number of ILLEGAL voters were tallied, to overturn the outcome in Pennsylvania.

You have failed to produce that evidence.

You are phukked.

Go home.

Drink beer.

Cry.

And then figure-out how to do better next time.

Mate, you make Donald Trump look smart. Yes, you're that dumb.
Thanks, but you are hardly one to judge. If someone did go from a billionaire real estate developer
to a top media star to outsider president of the USA that person would undoubtedly be considered
brilliant.
But because you yourself are a hate filled jealous and petty nobody you consider him stupid?
You should be so stupid. You're an under achieving nobody. Undoubtedly hating Donald Trump
makes you feel like a big man but don't let that fool you.

Even as a troll you are nothing exceptional, by any means.

While stiffing his subcontractors, filing for Chapter 11 on no less than 6 occasions, and not allowing people of colour to let his apartments. Yeah, he's a real success story. BTW, I doubt he is a billionaire.
Well, at least we have something in common. We're both nobodies and neither of us is exceptional.

Orange Jesus inherited $400 million in today's dollars when he was 18.

Today he's worth $2.5 billion.

Compound that and his real IRR is 3.6%.

You would have done better investing in Treasury bonds.

HMM: Pennsylvania GOP Legislature Will Seek to Reclaim Power to Appoint Electors: State Senator.

Enough with Illegitimate Joe's attempt to steal PA's electors.

Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano said that the GOP-controlled state legislature will make a bid to reclaim its power to appoint the state’s electors to the Electoral College, saying they could start the process on Monday, Nov. 30.

Mastriano has been in communication with Republican Pennsylvania House and Senate members to reclaim their constitutional authority from the secretary of state’s office. At the hearing in Gettysburg the GOP state senators heard witness testimony from poll watchers and others that there were significant irregularities and fraud during the presidential election.

About half of the state GOP House and Senate leaders and legislators support the move to reclaim their constitutional authority.

“So, we’re gonna do a resolution between the House and Senate. I’ve spent two hours online trying to coordinate this with my colleagues. And there’s a lot of good people working this here. Saying, that the resolution saying we’re going to take our power back. We’re gonna seat the electors. Now obviously we’re gonna need the support of the leadership of the House and Senate, we’re getting there on that.”

The level of fraud in PA is simply beyond shocking, and the Constitution ultimately charges the State Legislatures with selecting the Electors that cast their votes for the President and Vice President.

Mastriano solemnly pledged that the legislature will attempt to take the power back from the corrupt Democrat governor and secretary of state offices over electors.

“That is exactly what we’re going to do,” he added, saying that it will “obviously be a struggle.”

The battle against Evil always is.

“We’re gonna hear the palpitations and you know the outcries of our Governor [Tom] Wolf and Secretary [of State Kathy] Boockvar, whose resignation should have happened months ago and she shouldn’t have ever been confirmed,” the Pennsylvania Republican said on the show.

Their will be loud shrieking followed by loud lamentation

But it’s necessary, he argued, because there is “so much evidence of shenanigans and fraud, we can’t stand aside and just watch this unfold around us. If there’s extensive shenanigans out there it’s up to the General Assembly to step in. So we have a fight on our hands and we’re gonna fight. We’re gonna take the fight all the way to the Supreme Court if we have to.”

During the hearing on Wednesday, Trump lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis called on the legislature to exercise their constitutionally given authority.

“You are the best constitutionally-invested entity to do that,” Ellis said. “You have a variety of options in front of you.”

One possible method is for the legislature to call for a special election. The state legislators can direct the manner of your electors … one option should not be to ignore it and certify a corrupted, irredeemably compromised election.

The 12th Amendment as well as the Constitution’s Article II, Section One that assigns the election to individual states to be conducted “in such manner as the Legislature thereof shall direct.”

Boockvar, the secretary of state and chief election officer in the state, doing her best Stevie Wonder impression, said she has seen no direct evidence of extensive voter fraud or mass irregularities sufficient to drain all of Illegitimate Joe's "lead".

commie. trump is a self made cry baby. no help from his parents, shitty upbringing. obviously.

A federal appeals court, as expected, has tossed an attempt by the Trump campaign to revive a lawsuit seeking to undo Pennsylvania's certification of Illegitimate Joe's irregularity-plagued "victory" in the state.

The case was nothing more than battlefield prep for a US Supreme Court showdown. The real audience is the State legislature.

The Pennsylvania General Assembly has the power to appoint the Commonwealth’s presidential electors. There is strong evidence of widespread voting fraud.

The leadership of the PA Senate already said they weren't having anything to do with that.
Can you find a link to that? I would like to see that.
We have said it many times and we will happily say it again: The Pennsylvania General Assembly does not have and will not have a hand in choosing the state’s presidential electors or in deciding the outcome of the presidential election.

To insinuate otherwise is to inappropriately set fear into the Pennsylvania electorate with an imaginary scenario not provided for anywhere in law — or in fact.

a spokesperson for state Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman said Thursday, for the second time in as many days, that the legislature would not meddle in the awarding of electoral college votes.
