Obviously. Just as different women have their own ideas about what makes a man attractive. There’s nothing wrong with that.

I was a gym rat a little more than a decade ago. I never got bulked up, as that wasn’t what I was trying to do (I needed the weight loss help). We had.a couple of bulked up women in the gym and they were vocally upset that most of us guys paid far more attention to the thinner, less muscular women than to them.
