Board upgrade

The board will be upgraded sometime in the next 48 hours. Should you come to the forums and they are closed, please come back in a few hours. The upgrade shouldn't take longer than an hour or two.

The upgrade is being performed to make the board better and more enjoyable for all of us. There will be many added benefits to the latest release, both for the users and myself on the administration side.

To have a glimpse of what it will look like, go to this address:

Scroll to the very bottom of their forums and change the 'style' to either vbulletin 3 grey liquid OR vbulletin 3 white liquid to see the forums in a similar size to this one, the default has a smaller appearance. This will be one added function for the user end, to have changeable styles to the users liking. There are many more features to the latest release which can be viewed here:

Please bear with me as we all go through these changes. Once you get used to the new board you will find it much easier to use with added functionality, making the USMB a better place for all of us.

The board will be upgraded shortly after midnight tonight (EST). During this time the board will be unavailable.

Also, the board appearance might be different for 24 hours or so after that until I can update the backend to get the proper scheme back that we are using now.

My apologies in advance for the downtime and 'feel and look' of the board until everything is ironed out.
