He didn't die during a traffic stop and he wasn't executed by police. He committed a felony hit and run accident while absolutely stoned out of his fucking gourd on marijuana and cocaine. Then he ran off on foot. The police used only enough force to subdue him and get him to a hospital.

A faulty taser? The equipment should at least be reliable. This alone might have altered the outcome, I highly doubt police would strike a tasered man.
