..I've posted many links and facts about the black culture being a self destructive cycle
here's MORE proof.....the blacks are running campaigns on police reform....here's a perfect example...St Louis has one of the highest murder rates in the country....voted most dangerous city sometimes.....it's mostly BLACKS murdering blacks----and what does this black official say???!!!
......THAT'S not killing blacks---blacks are killing blacks--NOT the police/etc
very, very stupid---so the cycle continues.
..blacks make it unsafe--not the police =IDIOCY
