Employees must be very careful when dealing with co-workers.

Nowadays it is very easy to accuse someone of "racism" and very difficult to refute such a charge.

Be polite to everyone, but do not assume that any co-worker is a "friend."

Remember that human beings do not hesitate to tell lies.

Some people have been fired because a group of co-workers have conspired to get another person fired for "racism."

It is likely that we will soon have a very woke administration in Washington. This will, IMHO, encourage more false charges of "racism" against employees. As we have seen in the Ellen case, liberals are eager to go against even their own if need be.
