Black privilege is alive and well..there is no such thing as "institutional racism" against blacks

AMD has announced racist donations to black only scholarship funds and the NAACP..another race based organization.

Black or white privilege here? Another corporate behemoth, an institution, pushing the idea of "systematic and institutional racism" and spreading shareholder money around in advance of the next election.

Dell computer has an officer at the VP level whose only job is race based..to promote blacks and give them more power throughout the company. He recently called a meeting and forced his employees to listen to black employees castigate the company and workers for not being sensitive enough to the extraordinary needs of blacks. (The Maoists had a term for this. They called it a STRUGGLE SESSION)
The company has pledged to hire 25% fewer whites and 50% fewer men in the future.

Systematic racism against blacks? Where?

Citigroup, which already has a longstanding policy of hiring blacks and women over whites and men released this statement.

There is no such thing as "systematic" or "institutional" racism...at least not directed at blacks.

(note his rush to exclude "wealth" from the guilty)

Levi Strauss has long bragged of its policy of affirmative action for blacks. They donate millions to the ACLU to work against police and other "racial justice" organizations.

How hard does one need to look in the halls of power to find this "systematic and institutionalized racism" against blacks?
