Now when you find out your white coworkers make more than you, that kind of sucks. That happens to women. And yet too many of them vote Republican. Apparently they are ok with the pay difference. Perhaps they understand the reasons why they make less.

But also Paul you should realize that a good black or woman at a company looking for diversity candidates, can make twice as much as a white man. My brother hired Maria, who then left her $500K VP job to go make $1 million at another company, because those companies are looking for qualified blacks and women and indians and asians and hispanics.

Now is your opportunity. The window is closing. Correll thinks these are reverse discrimination and he makes some good points.

Not all hiring managers are racist, although I agree too many of them are.

They said he wasn't the only white executive fired; in his complaint, he says the Chief Legal Officer, Medical Group President, Chief Information Officer, Patient Experience Officer and President of Haymarket Medical Center were all replaced either by a black person or a woman in the 12-18 months after him.


That would mean at this one company 6 white males were wrongfully fired just to make way for a black or woman to replace them. It's not right.

I'm more okay with if a position opens up, you find a woman or black, than to hear they fired a white male to make room for a minority.

And either way, it's not right. I finally agree with you. Being a white male should not disqualify you from the position. Not getting a job because you are a white male is just about the same thing as being fired because you are a white male. Actually, both are wrong. Sorry I've argued with you about this.

No a white man shouldn't discriminate against a black man or a woman, but this here is reverse discrimination.

The take away from that is, that we cannot know how many times, a white man getting fired or denied a job, is because of reverse discrimination.


It is ONLY when the white male sues, that we ever get the information on the real reason the guy was fired or not hired.


AND, we generally only hear about the white men who have the means to sue. What about the poor white guys, that can not afford to even talk to a lawyer? How many of them, had their one chance to turn it around taken from them by this type of discrimination, and will never even know it?

I think that more white people need to sue, when they are denied jobs or fired. It is the only way to find out, if it was for a good reason, or for "diversity".


I wonder if there is any way to discover, how big of a problem this type of discrimination is?
