Ok. Then the lesson learned here is don’t commit a robbery.

It's funny how people get angry when they know they have no argument.

And ostensibly have given no argument.
You're the one with no argument, all you have are lies.

And your simply a moron if you think a cop who just chased down a robber was giving him his taser while he's trying to arrest the viciously resisting violent criminal.

You are one stupid lying motherfucker.

Yea, he didn't do it on purpose, but leaving it next to his hand is the equivalent and was a fatal mistake. Also, the suspect had a poor grip on the Taser, and the cop on top and in full control of a man on his stomach could have easily grabbed the Taser back. The cop's failure to do so is manslaughter, but they will charge him with murder since they always overcharge.

There you go lying again. He was not in full control and this is evidenced by the fact that the subhuman scumbag was still violently viciously resisting arrest so hard that the brave office couldn't even get him cuffed and the criminal was continuing his violent felonious crime spree until the very end.

A lot of those subhuman sociopaths would rather fight the police to the death than go back to prison.

He was in more than enough control to easily grab the Taser. You conveniently ignore that aspect.

You must mean he intended to shoot the cop, although that may or may not be. He could NOT shoot the cop while on his stomach.

He can simply lean over and grab the Taser. Not hard to understand.
Complete bullshit. You, weren't there and you were not in his shoes moron. You simply don't live in realityland. You're simple a delusional compulsive liar.

You're like the fake news media who claim that the cop shot an unarmed shoplifter. In reality, yes the scumbag had just got released from custody on an own recognizance bond for shoplifting just a few hours before this incident. But this wasn't merely shoplifting, this was a robbery.

If you go shoplifting and then use any amount of force or threat of force to get away, it's longer merely shoplifting, it's robbery.

In reality he was a robber and was very clearly armed and violently resisting when he was shot. The cop's life was in grave danger.
