Nobody was taking care of him, and with an IQ of 70, he couldn't take care of himself.

And yet there are so many that have the same iq level and that welfare and EIC pays them to breed more low iq kids. End welfare----so there is not so many with such low iqs that will always need help.

This is not to say that I don't feel bad for the man------and that his employer shouldn't be punished for using him. However, in all likelihood, the guys entire family has 70 as their normal iq level. And do note, none of his family stepped up to help him.
