Works on the assumption there are "Stages" in evolution, which shows that you are fairly ignorant of the science.

But let's humor you a bit. Race to a certain degrees is adaptation to environment. That doesn't mean any one sub-group (we are all the same species, after all, which is why you flip your lid when you see commercials with bi-racial children) is more or less evolved, just better adapted to their environment. Of course, America is not the environment that either blacks nor whites were adapted to survive in. We survive because we've adapted the environment to our needs, as we all sleep comfortably in our climate controlled homes eating food that someone else killed and prepared. So who is "best evolved" is kind of a moot point.

Uh, having lived through 60 Chicago Winters, there's no "benefit" to a cold climate. It just generally kind of sucks. You do not understand how evolution works. A difficult environment selects genetically for those able to overcome the difficulties, like Jews and Orientals do.
