No government can create wealth. If that were possible, centrally controlled economies like the communist countries or other dictatorships would have been rich instead of poor. The only thing any government can do is to take money from wealth creators and siphon off large portions for its own operations and give the remains to people dependent on the government. Anyone who knows the least thing about economics knows this fact.
