Billy Strings live at Red Rocks

these guys had an electric jug player named Tommy Hall....one of the first psychedelic bands

I'm building a recording studio / jam room here soon. I've gotten way better on guitar gradually in the last coiple years especially. I noodled around over the years but never took it seriously until recently. (By the mid 80s after Van Halen and Rhoads .... then you had guys like Paul Gilbert and Yngwie Malmsteen and I finally decided to essentially give it up.)

And I've also started a list of various sounds* to record ....to store in a synthesizer and experiment with different sound effects...
* splashing sounds, railroad noises, wild animals, traffic, chimes, the sounds of hammering the steel girders underneath a bridge....breaking glass, explosions of various types etc.....

Things that I can incorporate into my music if I ever choose to ....whale sounds would be awesome.....with flute music going on or whatever.

Some of my dogs howl along when I'm playing.
