"Attorney General William Barr met last year with media mogul Rupert Murdoch to pressure him to “muzzle” Donald Trump critic Andrew Napolitano on Fox News, according to a new book out Tuesday.
Napolitano’s air time has dwindled as his criticism of Trump has increased over the last year.
Barr’s meeting with Murdoch, the executive chairman of Fox News’ parent company, at his New York home was widely reported at the time, but its purpose was not revealed. One aim of the meeting was to shut up Napolitano, according to the book “Hoax: Donald Trump, Fox News, and the Dangerous Distortion of Truth,” written by CNN media reporter Brian Stelter."

Stelter's new book, due out this week, goes far beyond this story. It details the feedback loop between Faux and the Grifter-in-Chief. Stelter makes it clear how the misinformation spewed at Faux gets included in Don's tweets, his comments, and even influences US policy.

From fake news CNN
I laugh
I invite you to consider it isn't fake news. That 95% of the things you label fake news because it runs contrary to your beliefs isn't fake news.

Miles Taylor........“What we saw — week in and week out, after 2½ years in that administration — was terrifying.”

John Bolton........"Trump explicitly sought to use taxpayer money as leverage to extract help from another country for his partisan political campaign, a quid pro quo that House Democrats called an abuse of power."

Maryanne Trump Barry......"“He has no principles. None. None. He's a liar and a phony."

Brian Stelter.......https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IS7Na40KoDw

Mary Trump.........‘For Donald, lying was primarily a mode of self-aggrandizement meant to convince other people he was better than he actually was.’

Bob Woodward......"Rage" -- will have stunning details about the President's behavior and decision making."

Michael Cohen......."In some ways, I knew him better than even his family did because I bore witness to the real man, in strip clubs, shady business meetings, and in the unguarded moments when he revealed who he really was: a cheat, a liar, a fraud, a bully, a racist, a predator, a con man."

I know, I know, it's all fake news. Or their opinions don't matter. Or they had an ax to grind. Or..........whatever.

The thing is, this is just a small sampling of the damning things people who know him and worked for have said. Add Mattis, Kelly, McMaster, Tillerson, etc. to the list.

Deep down, Trumpleton's know what has been said is true.

Repubs are openly criticizing him for his comments about the Q nuts. About his bible toting photo op. About his unhinged comments regarding mail-in voting.

The days of the Orange Menace are waning. Good thing, cuz this experiment in democracy is showing signs of stress.

Nothing surprises me anymore.

The corruption and cronyism of this administration is beyond comprehension. Whether it's this, the attack on the US Census (forcing it to end a month early), or the attempt to dismantle the post office shortly before a national election that will likely involve a large number of mail in ballots. It's blatant and surreal, and wholly supported by Trump's troop of cultists and Barr is the chief enforcer of the President's will, not the law.

Fake news about Barr is still Fake
We are all aware using the "fake news" meme is just another way of Trumpleheads admitting they refuse to consider anything critical of their Dear Leader. No need to belabor the point.
It's the way we point out that all your sources are in the tank for the Democrats. They are propaganda, not news.
